Wayne was recommended to me by a neighbour as I had locked myself out. Being a female pensioner, I was concerned about the cost of getting back into my house. I called him and he told me the exact cost first. I agreed to the charge so he came straight out to me in ten minutes and opened my balcony door. I felt very comfortable around him. I was unable to open my patio door and was expecting company round for a BBQ. I typed Reading Locksmith into Google and looked at some websites but Wayne’s site stuck out a bit for me. I called the number and got straight through to him, gave him my details and before I knew it he was at my doorstep. Turned out to be an adjustment so no parts were required. I’m sure there’re not many companies that would admit to that. Extremely happy.

My husband And I called upon Lock Solutions when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our house via the front door. My husband then tried to open the kitchen door but damaged the lock there so failed. Wayne came and quickly opened our front door, then opened the kitchen door but never charged us any extra labour for opening the kitchen door, just the cost of the new lock. He also altered the way the front door operated so we couldn’t lock ourselves out again. Both of us were very happy with the service from start to finish.

My lock failed so I called Lock Solutions who was listed in Google as a locksmith in Reading. Wayne arrived within the specified time and my dogs took a shine to him straight away. This is important as some contractors have had to leave in the past without starting any work. The lock was renewed and I was now able to go out again. No hidden surprises or costs and all work was completed within the quote given. Good service all round.

I’ve used Wayne From Lock Solutions 3 Times now as my children keep closing the front door with their keys in the lock on the inside. In my role as Maintenance Manager of a company called Magal AWT Engineering I have lost count how many times I have called on Wayne’s Help as a Reading Locksmith.
